The approach.

Our approach to the 71 Garfield brand was guided by a desire to reflect the development’s elegance, exclusivity, and architectural strength. We created a simple yet sophisticated logotype designed to convey a sense of understated luxury while complementing the building’s sculptural form.

The colour palette was drawn directly from the materials and finishes of the architecture chosen to evoke modernity, refinement, and coastal calm. Together, these elements form a brand identity that is both timeless and striking, mirroring the elevated design of this exceptional beachfront residence.
