THE PROJECT.

Coming soon is the latest offering by Your Style Home, Alta Residences. Located in the sought after lifestyle suburb of Stafford, eight 3 bedroom residences create a sophisticated enclave designed to offer an entirely new experience of inner city living.

Each Alta residence has been designed to carefully consider the Queensland climate and year-round alfresco living opportunities it affords.

The design principles.

Defined by elegant sculptural forms, rich finishes and chic, neutral colour palettes, these architecturally designed residences represent the pinnacle of thoughtful planning and premium execution. With such attention to design details, we knew the brand needed to be one that honoured this approach.

We took inspiration from the design ideals of the famous influential Swiss architect and city planner Le Corbusier, who’s designs combine the functionalism of the modern movement with bold, sculptural expressionism.

Colour grading.

The colour palette plays a key role across all brand touch-points. Neutral tones are carried consistently across elements of the apartments and this has been captured in the brand colour grading.

Cement grey is the base colour allowing the natural tones to add warmth to the design. This has also been applied to the lifestyle imagery which was carefully styled and colour graded to ensure continuity was achieved.

Detail, Detail and Detail.

With the minimalistic approach to the design, every element had to be meticulously considered. From production finishes to paper stocks, every brand touch-point adhered to the project vision of being ‘a pinnacle of modern design’.
