THE PROJECT.
One of the Gold Coast’s largest display home villages was built in the heart of The Surrounds by Villawood Properties. As an existing project on our work book, we were asked to create a brand and a marketing campaign to promote the display village featuring 31 homes by 10 of Australia’s leading builders.

The approach.
Given the premium nature of The Surrounds and the scale of homes that were to feature in the display village, the name “Designer Display Village” was created to set it apart from others and add visitation appeal.
The campaign wisely leveraged the builders own brands and the premium display homes that they constructed resulting in a display village that has become the most desirable in the region.
