THE PROJECT.

Élevé is a northeast-facing residential tower with a contemporary design aesthetic and meticulous landscaping.

Within, Élevé includes 7 one-bedroom, 49 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom apartments, a mix designed to build positive foundations for the evolving Élevé community.

Set behind Élevé apartments is 1.3 hectares of rejuvenated parkland ringed by bushland, the perfect spot for relaxing with friends and family, morning yoga or an after-work fitness session.

The Approach.

Contemporary apartments situated on an elevated development site, nestled within a golfing enclave steered the brand direction. Sharp and clean layouts with bright environmental accents position Élevé as a contemporary and liveable residential Gold Coast address.

The right space.

A unique opportunity in a large space, over looking the picturesque Palm Meadows Golf Course presented itself as the perfect location for the sales display.

In conjunction with Archidiom Architecture, the space was transformed into a stunning display featuring cinema room, display apartment, sales deck and meeting rooms. To aid the sales agents, we produced interactive kiosks running off 27″ iMacs putting all the project marketing collateral right at their finger tips.
