Helensvale HQ is a curated collection of modern showrooms, warehouses, and storage units, positioned in the heart of one of the Gold Coast’s fastest-growing commercial hubs.

More than just a development, it’s a thoughtfully planned precinct designed to support both business and lifestyle, with architecture that balances functionality and visual appeal.

The approach.

Our approach to Helensvale HQ was centred on bringing warmth and personality to a traditionally industrial typology. We positioned the brand as a commercial precinct with character, purpose, and distinction, drawing on its unique cottage-inspired architecture to create something truly memorable.

Rather than relying on standard renders, we used hand-painted watercolour illustrations to soften the aesthetic and convey a sense of craftsmanship—capturing the thought, care, and community-focused vision behind the development.
