For over a decade, Maleny Grove has been home to a close-knit community nestled in the heart of the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Now, under the stewardship of Reside Communities, an exciting transformation is underway.
Maleny Grove is expanding from 28 to 94 beautifully designed villas set within established gardens and tree-lined streets. These thoughtfully crafted homes will feature soaring ceilings, premium finishes, and private outdoor spaces that capture the essence of hinterland living.

The approach.
At the centre of the brand is the positioning line, “Retire, Naturally.” It’s more than just a phrase—it’s a quiet invitation. One that reflects the rhythm of Maleny life and encourages a slower, more connected way of living. The subtle pause in the line gives it room to breathe, just like the place itself.
We complemented this sentiment with a set of organic, textured forms — abstract nods to leaves and the surrounding landscape. Paired with a halftone texture, they add a contemporary layer that speaks to the community’s evolution. The result is a brand identity that feels warm, grounded and quietly confident — just like Maleny Grove.
