Sanctuary Victoria Point is a masterplanned collection of bespoke homes, connected by native bushland and extensive lifestyle and wellness facilities.

A thoughtfully considered community that doesn’t underestimate the importance of life’s simple pleasures, and prioritises the preservation of an idyllic, natural way of living.

The approach.

A customised word mark was develeoped that features stencilled characters to create a sense of place and a nostalgic theme. To futher capture the surrounding bushland, a silhouette of gum leaves was illustrated and filled with an abstract, organic texture reminiscent of moving water and tide lines.
