The approach.

The aim was to create a brand close to our heart and our office. As Palm Beach has evolved from a sleepy beachside town to one of the Gold Coast’s most desirable locales, it has maintained its appeal as an unpretentious community; the quintessential beachside suburb. A sophisticated and powerful logotype, paired with a colour palette inspired by the beach at sunrise form the basis of the brand.

Understated luxury.

Every aspect of our marketing and sales collateral was carefully crafted to deliver on the brand essence of understated luxury. From the mix of elegant sans and serif typefaces down to the embellished finish of the agent book, each touchpoint left a sophisticated mark.
