Located in a peaceful setting at Logan Reserve and boasting 340 metres of glorious river frontage, Sequana is an exciting, family-friendly community.

The challenge was to develop a brand that embodies the projects spirit. A sense of freedom and possibility that goes hand in hand with living amongst wide, open spaces.

The approach.

Sequana is a boutique new community in a burgeoning region. Popular with first home buyers it was important for the brand to be bright, positive and with a feeling of new beginnings. Being located by the river is also a key selling point that differentiates from nearby competitors.

Creatively, we focussed on the outcomes of living by the river and the green open spaces and parks that developer, Villawood Properties are renowned for.

Setting the scene.

In a time of high density residential living it was refreshing to work with a developer that holds traditional community values in such high regard. With a close to 40% of the entire project site dedicated to open space, it was important for the brand to capture the opportunity that this presents for families.

From adventures in nature, quality time with family to fully featured playgrounds, our photography needed to tell the story.
