The Crossing is one of Redland Bay’s most unique and forward-thinking masterplanned communities, designed for modern bayside life, where connectivity and community are paramount.

The Approach.

Setting itself apart from other developments in Redland Bay, The Crossing offers larger than average blocks and expansive parklands that ‘cross’ the development site from one side to the other.

Being a premium offering at a higher price point it was important for the brand to portray this message but also emphasis the unique nature of the parklands. Deep, native green tones punctuated by gold accents  were selected to represent the project and a graphic element that physically ‘crosses’ layouts reenforced the messaging.
