THE PROJECT.

For active over-55s who refuse to compromise as they enter their next chapter, our role was to position The Hermitage as the region’s leading land lease community where simplicity, security, an active lifestyle, and financial control come together naturally.

We set out to shape a clear and authentic proposition – balancing contemporary community living with country ease, and highlighting its natural character, thoughtful design, and the financial certainty of land lease living.

The approach.

Our approach to The Hermitage brand centres on a grounded, genuine identity shaped by its Hunter Valley setting. The logo takes a modern, confident direction, with clean typography that conveys simplicity and strength. A subtle Valley Motif, abstracted from the surrounding ranges, adds a distinctive layer—anchoring the brand in place while remaining contemporary and understated.

The colour palette draws from the warmth of the landscape, balancing soft, sun-washed tones with richer, earthy hues to create a look that feels both relaxed and refined.
