Our vision was simple — enhance the naturally occurring fluid lines that were reflected in the buildings architectural features.

By simplifying the architecture and reinterpreting it, we created a textual, art print that reflected both the clean curves of the built form and the organic nature of the finishes and shoreline.



Carefree, beach lovers haven where you’re never far away from a coffee, cocktail or entertainment — Palm Beach really has its own distinctive local culture.

With this in mind, we set out to ensure every touchpoint felt connected to the neighbourhood and captured the characterful energy.

Expansive imagery and candid lifestyle photography were given room to shine, allowing the buyers to really discover the area. The stylised art print texture and rich colour palette grounded the project and established a strong, distinctive visual language.

Repurposing an icon.

Taking over a popular cafe situated on the corner of a busy intersection, the Village sales office was able to benefit from a generous floor space as well as excellent exposure.

There was no sense cluttering the walls with views from the building when you could just look out of the windows and see it all in real life. This allowed for a more editorial approach, capturing the vibe of the neighbourhood and features of the development without feeling like it was all about sales.


The voice of the village.

Being surrounded by a number of similar developments it was important that Village would stand apart from the other projects. Knowing the local area inside out, we wanted to share our connection with the neighbourhood and somewhat overlooked beach that sits right on Villages doorstep.

Through original photography, careful content planning and insightful bog posts the Village social channels were curated to create opportunities for engagement and sharing.
